(Terms and Conditions)

The following are the terms and conditions under which the service apartments / rooms are to be taken on rent & utilized by the guests.

  1. Bookings can be made online at http://www.vcare-serviceapartments.com by persons aged 18 years or older. Reservations & Confirmations are to be made only through Email. Phone Bookings are made in urgency and only to block to rooms.
  2. It is mandatory, at the time of check in, to submit your Photo I.D. Proof (including your companions) such as, Passport or any other card issued by the Government, which is valid.


  1. Couples: In case of couples, we accommodate only married couples. Please submit sufficient proof upon request, otherwise legal action will be taken.
  1. Any illegal and immoral activity is strictly prohibited by the guests, their companions / visitors. Possessing any illegal, immoral articles, consumption (or) possession of Alcohol (or) Narcotics by the guests, their companions / visitors, is prohibited.
  1. Get-togethers & Parties are not permitted in our premises. Please see that your behaviour shall be pleasant to other occupants, staff and neighbours. In the event of any nuisance / noise, created by the guest (or) anybody relevant to the guest, will not be tolerated and will be advised to vacate immediately, failing which, suitable action will be taken.
  1. When you go out: Please try to return back before 10. pm, because our staff have to wake-up early to start their services. In rare occasions, please inform your return time, to our care-taker.
  1. Visitors: Visitors shall obtain permission from the management and are allowed to meet the guests only in the hall. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight, beyond 10.00 p.m. If any visitor want to stay overnight, permission has to be obtained from management, as “Extra Person”.
  1. Interviews & Meetings: Interviews, Meetings, Training Programs & Conference may be conducted in the office room or in the hall, with prior permission of the management and at agreed charges.
  1. Rent: The rent is only for the service apartments or rooms, excluding taxes.


  1. Payment & Settlement of Bills: Please make full payment, plus 25% extra for your entire stay & shall obtain proper Receipt. The Rent Advance is not refundable and not transferable. Confirmed dates cannot be cancelled or changed. Accounts will be settled while Check-out. Personal cheques are not accepted. Company cheques may be accepted subject to prior agreement. Credit/Debit card payments may be accepted (if the relevant swiping machine is installed & in working condition) at extra charges.
  1. Check in & Check out Time: It is 24 hours from the “Check in Time which is advised by the client or guest” at the time of booking, irrespective of the actual check in time by the guest.
  1. Late Check-out: A grace period of “half hour” to “one hour” is allowed after your Check-out time, failing by which, a “minimum charge of one day” has to be paid, without any argument.
  1. Early Check-out: If you want to check-out, before the original check-out date, the compensation of 50% has to paid for the remaining period.
  1. Extension of stay: May be allowed subject to availability & may require shifting to other rooms. Otherwise you may have to vacate on the agreed date & time, as per the original booking.
  1. Alternation of Booking Dates: Once the Booking is confirmed, the “Booking Dates” may be altered, subject to availability. Otherwise the Booking is considered as “cancelled”. The charges are applicable as per our Cancellation Policy, mentioned below.
  1. Cancellation Policy: If the Booking is cancelled (if advance amount is paid or not):
    1. Before 7 days of Check-in: No Compensation.
    2. Less than 7 days of Check-in: 25% of Booking Value (or) 1 day Booking Value, whichever is less.
    3. Less than 3 days of Check-in: 2 days Booking Value.
    4. For marriage/function bookings: No refund of Total Advance.

  1. Room Maintenance: In case of room maintenance such as, electrical, plumbing etc., the management will try to accommodate the guests in nearby place, for which the guests are requested to cooperate. If the client is unwilling, then the management reserves the right to cancel the booking and full refund will be made. In this situation, the clients has to make their own arrangement to stay elsewhere, without any obligation on the part of the management.
  1. Occupancy: Single Occupancy means one person, occupying the complete room or apartment. Double Occupancy means two persons sharing the same room or apartment. Triple Occupancy means three persons sharing the same room or apartment. Quad Sharing means four persons sharing the same room or apartment.
  2. Extra Person: Additional person (8 years age & above) accompanying the main guest, may be accommodated at extra charge, sharing the same room. Bed will be provided, with or without cot, subject to availability (or) choice of the extra person, but the extra charge will be the same.
  1. Damage or Loss to our property: If any damage (or) loss caused to our property, by the guest (or) persons relevant to the guest, either knowingly or unknowingly or by negligence, then full compensation including the business interruption losses if any, shall be paid by the guest (or) from his/her company immediately. The value of such compensation is to be decided by the management.
  1. Company’s lien on luggage and belongings of the occupants: In case of default of any payment dues by the occupant, the management can detain the luggage and belongings of the occupant and the same can be sold or auctioned at any time after the departure of the occupant without any prior intimation and the proceeds of the sold / auctioned belongings will be adjusted against the dues, and the occupant (or) his / her company has to pay for any dues remaining.
  1. Your Belongings: The management is not responsible for your valuables. Please lock your luggage, suitcase, doors and the room when going out or going to bed. Keep the door key in your possession. While going out, you may handover the door key to our caretaker, but at your risk. The management is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft or pilferage of your belongings. Storing of cinema films, explosive items or any other articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in residential rooms or storerooms are strictly prohibited.

Note: Upon your request, the management may advise the care-taker to look after your belongings (not valuables), without any obligation.


  1. We try our best to provide you all facilities and comforts. If for any reason, some facility is not functional for the time being, such as Internet, Air-condition, T.V etc., kindly bear with us. We do regret for the inconvenience and try our best to put it in order at the soonest.
  1. You cannot sublet or sub-lease any property of V Care Service Apartments or its associates.
  1. Food: Please follow our Menu Card for food & place your order at least 2 to 3 hours before. If the ordered food is consumed or not, the charges are to be paid by the guest. The food is served only in the Dining Area, i.e. Breakfast: 7.00 AM to 9.00 AM; Lunch: 12.30 PM to 2.30 PM;  Dinner: 8.00 PM to 10.30 PM.
  1. House Keeping: House-keeping is done once daily, during day time. If the “room / apartment cleaning” is to be done in your absence, please advise the same, to the in-charge.
  1. Laundry: Laundry service is available “in-house”. Please refer to our Price List. Please check the clothes before & after. The management is not responsible for any damage caused to the clothes. Please settle all laundry bills by cash.
  1. Internet WiFi: We have provided Internet WiFi for your convenience. Please utilize it in a proper manner. It is a crime to use the internet for any illegal or immoral activities, and you will be held responsible for such usage either by yourself, your companions or by any of your visitors.
  1. Water & Power: Let us all conserve water and power. Close the taps in the bathroom after use. Kindly switch off the A/cs, Fans & Lights when not in use.
  1. You are the most important person to us and hence we try our best to make you comfortable during your stay with us. The management is not responsible for any kind of damage either to you or to your companions or to your visitors or to the belongings due to any reason.
  1. Management’s Rights: The management reserves absolute right for admission to any person into the premises. If the management requests any guest to vacate his/her room at any moment without previous notice, without assigning any reason, and the occupant is be bound to oblige and vacate without asking for any reason and shall clear all the dues.
  1. Furniture / Vessels etc: The articles provided by the management such as furniture, fittings, vessels etc should be returned intact and in good condition at the time of vacating the premises by the occupant. Loss or damage to any article, will be compensated by the occupant. The occupant is not allowed to make any alterations, rearrangements of any articles in the premises and also to sublet them to others.
  1. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
  1. Government Rules and Regulations: Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy, sub tenancy or any right of tenancy or any right or interest in the Service apartment premises or any part or portion thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor and the Company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the Service apartment premises. Guests are required to observe the Government Rules and Regulations in force from time to time in respect of registrations, taxes, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc.
  1. Prohibited: Loudspeaker is prohibited; the speaker can be used within premises with low volume. No nails shall be driven in the walls. No posters, photos shall be posted at any place inside or outside the Service apartment premises, defecting the walls by writing and pasting cello tape and any colouring material in any manner and all kind of decorations are strictly prohibited.


  1. Amendment of Terms & Conditions: The Management reserves the right to add / delete or to alter any of the above terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Note: If you want to make the booking, which means that the above & below Terms & Conditions mentioned herein are read, well understood and accepted by you.


Website Terms & Conditions:

We welcome all users and would like to share the Terms and Conditions (TAC) of Use with you. Any services provided by and on V Care Service Apartments are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. If you use this website it is deemed that you agree to all the terms and conditions that follow. In the event that there are any inconsistencies between TAC here and any  additional terms, TAC will prevail.

On V Care Service Apartments you can find valuable traveller information, search for and find travel and travel related products and services as displayed by the Licensees on the site and book and buy directly from them. V Care Service Apartments is not a travel product/ travel service provider and hence is not directly responsible for providing the travel products and services being offered on the portal. You may transact on V Care Service Apartments or enter into transactions offline with licensees of V Care Service Apartments. However the contract for purchase of product is exclusively with such licensee. The product if required to be delivered will be done at the risk of licensee and user and V Care Service Apartments disclaims all responsibility/ liability for the same.

  • Right to Review and Amend etc: V Care Service Apartments has the right to review these TAC and modify and/or change and update the same.
  • Duration:These TAC, as amended from time to time, will apply for the duration that you use the website.
  • Member Information: On registration with V Care Service Apartments, you shall bind yourself to provide true and accurate and complete information in both optional and mandatory categories as required in the registration form or else, you shall be able to update such information by clicking on vcare-serviceapartments.com on the Home Page. V Care Service Apartments has the right to disallow you to transact with licensees on site if and when it has reason to believe that the information provided by you is incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete. We respect the need for securing the information you provide and all such information is protected and used by us as per our Privacy Policy . This privacy policy binds only V Care Service Apartments, its affiliates, employees and any third parties that V Care Service Apartments deals with to provide any or all of the services rendered. Therefore you are advised to review and satisfy yourself as to the privacy policy of the licensees (see definition above), webstores, and other websites, product and service providers where your personal information is requested.
  • User Account, Password, Security:You will be required to choose a username and a password to enable use of your account. Keeping the username and password confidential and secure from misuse is entirely your responsibility. Any transaction (as defined above) or use or activity from your account, giving rise to any liability, monetary or legal or otherwise, are your responsibility. Where you have reasons to suspect that there may have been unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security you must immediately inform V Care Service Apartments. V Care Service Apartments will not be responsible, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any losses that are incurred due to any misuse of your account by another, with or without your consent or knowledge or by yourself. You must ensure that you exit your account when you end your visit to V Care Service Apartments. Also if any losses are incurred by V Care Service Apartments or any other person due to misuse of your account by another it will be your responsibility and at your cost.
  • Legal Capacity:To transact you must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement (i.e. You are above 18 years of age and are of sound mind). V Care Service Apartments does provide services that may well be availed by children/minors. If you allow children to use your account it will be your responsibility to monitor their use and liability will be yours in the event that there is breach of this TAC.
  • Proprietary Rights of V Care Service Apartments and Restrictions on Use:Subject matter – Information, not in the public domain; software made available to use and/ or download; any name, symbol, device, phrase, sound, colour used as a distinguishing mark to identify goods and/or services; any photograph, design, video clips, writings, illustrations, music, sound, found on the website. Either V Care Service Apartments /its associates /affiliates or another party is the owner or licensee (collectively referred to as ‘OWNER’) of all “subject matter that are on the website in which intellectual property rights subsists. Your use of the subject matter is restricted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, down load, display or post (electronically or otherwise), transmit, record, reproduce without the prior written consent of the owner.
  • Restricted Use of Site:You are being given a limited license to use the site. It is a license to make personal use of it. You may not modify the site or any part thereof. The site or its contents may not be used for commercial purposes. The site or any portion thereof may not be reproduced/copied or otherwise exploited for the commercial purpose. Any breach of this term shall give V Care Service Apartments the right to terminate this limited, non-exclusive license.
  • Manner of Use: You may not use this site to transmit in anyway or post or upload any material or content, that may be obscene, illegal, defamatory, abusive, vulgar or otherwise objectionable or that may bring disrepute to the site and harm its business and or credibility and goodwill, that infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights or contractual rights, that may hinder the services on the site in anyway.
  • You are responsible for any contents that you transmit on or through the Journey Post services. You agree not to use these services to harass, harm, abuse, defame, threaten any other person or body. You will not conduct yourself in a manner that may violate the privacy of any person/s or initiates / promotes or endorses any kind of criminal conduct. You agree to abide by all the laws and regulations that may apply to online hotel reservation conduct. You agree not to use any vulgar, obscene or other offending contents when using these services.
  • Links:There are links to other websites on this site and these other sites are outside the control of V Care Service Apartments. You agree that V Care Service Apartments will not incur any liability for any loss or damage that you may incur due to using any service on that link or any transaction entered into on that other site. The fact that V Care Service Apartments has agreed to have that link on its site does not imply any assurances or guarantees as to the quality and nature of goods and services being provided by that other site.
  • Indemnity:You agree to indemnify and hold V Care Service Apartments and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, litigation costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of the Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the message board and communication areas or your violation of the TAC, or your violation of any rights of any other party.
  • Termination: V Care Service Apartments has the right to disallow you from booking and/ or buying any products from any Licensee on the site; it may terminate or stall your account or use of the service at its sole discretion. It may remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use, without notice. Any actions on your behalf that violates or is inconsistent with the letter or spirit of the TAC will also make your account liable to be terminated. However, you will be bound to clear all demands, if any, outstanding in your account. V Care Service Apartments may also, in its sole discretion and at any time, without notice, discontinue providing the service or any part thereof. You agree that in the event that V Care Service Apartments exercises its discretion under the provisions of TAC to terminate your account or any service provided by it such termination is effective, without incurring any liability and without any obligation on the part of V Care Service Apartments to give prior notice. The effect of the termination can be immediate deletion of your account and denial of access. Further all other data and files in your account may also be deleted.
  • DISCLAIMERS:V Care Service Apartments is not the travel product or the travel service provider itself and hence I     is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency, delay, defect, error or any other shortcomings in the travel goods and services provided. You may transact on V Care Service Apartments or enter into transactions offline with Licensees of V Care Service Apartments. However, the contract for purchase of product is exclusively        with such licensee. The product if required to be delivered will be done at the risk of licensee and user and V Care         Service Apartments disclaims all responsibility/ liability for the same.
  • You may transact if you expressly acknowledge and agree that: Your use of the services on the website or of the website in any manner isat your own risk. The site is provided by V Care Service Apartments on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. V Care Service Apartments and its associates and affiliates, expressly disclaims all warranties, conditions and other terms of any kind, whether express or implied as to the operation of the site or the information, materials, products, services included on this site, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.   • The failure of V Care Service Apartments to perform their obligations under this contract where such failure is due to a force majeure event.
  • Applicable Law/Jurisdiction:Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from and related to this contract shall be in Hyderabad. The applicable law shall be that of India irrespective of the conflict of laws.
  • Amendments to Terms & Conditions:V Care Service Apartments may amend this agreement on an as-needed basis by placing an update of this posting, and your continued use of the services following each updated posting shall be your acceptance of any such modification. Furthermore it is your responsibility to monitor the TAC page of V Care Service Apartments regularly to determine whether the TAC have been modified. If you do not agree with the TAC of V Care Service Apartments, or any modifications thereof to this agreement you must immediately stop using V Care Service Apartments services.
  • Entire Agreement:This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties subject to the right of the portal to amend/delete/modify the contract under this agreement.
